Apples are provided by Hill Creek Farms in Mullica Hill, NJ.
Three varieties were used in the wine:
Autumn Rose Fuji – provides sweet tang
Red Delicious – provides sweetness
Granny Smith – provides mouth-watering tartness
The apples are milled into a cider by Hill Creek Farms. The cider is then cold fermented in our SS tanks and made into a refreshing crisp wine.
Serve chilled at 55-60 degrees. Add mulling spices and warm slightly in the fall and winter for a totally different treat.
It has 3% residual sugar and 11.5-12% alcohol.
Named for the source of the apples, Hill Creek Farms in Mullica Hill, NJ, about 10 minutes north of us on Route 45, just south of the town of MH.
